At Kintent, our mission is to make it effortless to earn trust in every business relationship. We also fundamentally believe in operating with complete transparency and openness. In publishing our product roadmap and openly sharing new feature updates, we’re holding ourselves accountable to you and proving that we deliver on our commitments.
New features are developed based on learnings from numerous customer interactions and interviews. Moreover, we vet early versions with design partners before finalizing a release. When we do release a feature to your instance, our objective is to make you feel like we put everything into it — leaving you with the belief that Kintent has been “joyfully crafted” for you!
Compliance is a team sport, but companies struggle with managing the numerous workflows required to be compliant. Users participating in compliance tasks hate being inundated with numerous notifications, but security and compliance admins want to ensure prompt action is taken. How do you solve this tug-of-war?
How We Solved Your Challenge
With Kintent’s Smart Notifications feature, your team will be notified in the app and over email when important events occur in your Trust Cloud, and important tasks will be automatically prioritized to make them top-of-mind. The important task notifications focus on critical compliance activities such as tests, controls and policies failing. Other tasks include controls and systems that are newly assigned, and policies that need approval. This gives each team member a focused view into what actions they need to take, to help keep the company compliant.
Value to You
“Smart Notifications” is the first of several Workflow Automation features that we are releasing over the next few weeks. Together, these features will give compliance admins an easy way to distribute the work to the rest of their team, and for team members to get notified with clear action items that they’re responsible for.
Workflow Automation: Delegation and Risk Analysis for Groups
Your organization is divided into several groups: Engineering, IT, HR, DevOps, Legal, etc. Invite the people in charge of each group into your compliance program, and Trust Cloud will automatically distribute compliance responsibilities for each group to its respective owner. With this update, compliance admins and company leadership get visibility into pending tasks and progress within each group, as well as a group-level summary of risk.
Kintent is as much your product as it is ours. What else would you like us to work on?
