With TrustCloud’s automated evidence collection feature, you’ll no longer have to deal with exports or screenshots of Jira tickets. Whenever you’re looking to provide a ticket as evidence, simply provide a link. Afterward, TrustOps will automatically pull an audit-ready version of the ticket as evidence.

By simply providing Jira links, we’re taking away all the time you spend creating exports and screenshots of Jira tickets, and uploading them with the right controls and tests.
This is the first of several Jira automations we have planned. Nevertheless, we’ll soon be updating this integration to support Jira queries as well.
